The 2010 Freebord Rider Awards in Vegas (Oct. 15-17) are shaping up to be one hell of a weekend.
Accommodation:
We’ve reserved a grip of rooms at the Hooter’s Casino Hotel for any riders that want to crash. We’ll also have a Freebord suite for both nights where we can congregate and chill together. Anyone planning to stay in the Freebord block MUST register via the form below prior to arriving in Vegas. If you want to book your own room at our group rate, let us know.
Rider Awards:
We are currently accepting nominations for Rookie of the Year and Standout of the Year, up until September 20th. Email us your video by then to be considered.
Awards Ceremony:
Saturday night will be the awards ceremony and party, held poolside at the Hooter’s bar. 21 and over only.
Riding:
Will be entirely up to you. We will not be organizing any transportation to ride spots, but if you want to bring your board, we hear there are some secret parking garages ripe for the shredding.

I just registered. I’m a local in Vegas. Yes, Vegas is the desert and is flat. BUT Vegas is also a Valley. If you know the spots then it’s what you make out of it. You might have to drive for the best locations but it’s still worth the trip. I just got my Freebord 2 days ago so I’m a complete newbie but better believe I’ll be riding everyday so I can hang with all y’all when FRA rides out.
