Thanks for the feedback all, hope this was helpful. To answer your questions, the baby death is usually about $300 or more. The knock-off brand, “Opteka” sells em for $110 or so. It’s 0.3 distortion with little or no vignette (the was filmed with zero zoom). Camera is a panasonic hdc-sd100. The low light and 512kbps bitrate don’t do any favors for the quality, but it’s a good cam.
