wait… hes in cedar city, but it was post marked in provo? i dont get it. if hes actually in provo i would be more than happy to let him demo or whatever. id say option 3, as kids appreciate things more when they have to buy them than when they are given to them. if he really is down in cedar, tell him to hop in a car and drive down to st. george since freebord.com lists a retailer down there that can sell him one.
i think its cool he obviously did his research and knows steen strand invented the freebord.. he sounds 14 years old.. so i’d say 3 sell the ripstick and save up for a bord..
